Before you order
Which review page does the card open?
Any link you choose. Most businesses use their Google Business Profile review link. Some platforms, including Yelp, don't allow businesses to ask for reviews, so check your platform's rules first. You can paste the link at checkout, or leave it blank and we'll email you to get it.
Do my customers need an app?
No. Most recent iPhones and Android phones read the NFC chip with a tap. Most phone cameras can also scan the printed QR code.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free within the United States and usually takes 3 to 7 business days. If you leave your review link blank at checkout, your card ships once we have it.
What if something is wrong with my card?
If it arrives damaged, doesn't work, or doesn't open the link you gave us, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. You can also cancel for a full refund any time before it ships. Refund policy
Does the card post or filter reviews?
No. The card only opens your review page. Every customer sees the same page and writes whatever they want. We never write reviews, offer rewards for them, or screen out unhappy customers.
Are you affiliated with Google or Yelp?
No. Simple Reviews is an independent business. The card simply opens the review link you give us.
