Simple Reviews ("we", "us") sells NFC and QR review tap cards. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website or place an order, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Order details. When you order, our checkout provider collects your name, email address, shipping address and mobile phone number, plus the review link you want your card to open, if you provide it.
- Text messages. If you agree to receive text messages from us, we keep your mobile number, your consent and the messages we exchange.
- Messages. If you email us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply.
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies of its own. Our web host, Netlify, and Google Fonts, which supplies the site's fonts, receive your IP address and basic browser information when a page loads, as part of delivering it. We do not track you across other websites, so we do not change anything in response to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
How we use it
- To make, program and ship your card.
- To contact you about your order, including asking for your review link if you did not provide it.
- To answer your questions.
- To send text messages you agreed to receive, such as order confirmations, shipping updates and replies to your questions.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Text messages (SMS)
We text you only after you contact us first, for example by texting us a question or texting START to (945) 277-3807, or by asking us to text you. Messages are about your order and your questions. They are not marketing.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the messaging providers that deliver our texts. These providers may not use it for any other purpose.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Payments
Orders are placed through Payhip, and card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Payhip's and Stripe's use of your information is covered by their own privacy policies.
Sharing
We share order details only with the services needed to take payment and deliver your card, such as our checkout provider, shipping carriers and text messaging provider, or when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. We keep order records only as long as we need them for fulfillment, support, and tax and accounting obligations.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
